2007.12.27 吉田豊, 横山清子 心拍変動時系列からの呼吸関連パラメータの推定. 生体医工学, 43(3), pp.456-460, 2005 ホタル通信で心拍運動ではなく直接呼吸運動を測定し利用した理由付けとして. 心拍運動から呼吸運動を推定する方法について述べた論文. 心拍変動時系列には,Mayer wave という約0.1Hzの変動リズムと,呼吸性洞性不整脈(RSA:respiratory sinus arrhythmia)という約0.25Hzの変動リズムが含まれる.このRSAは呼吸の影響を受けて変動する.これを利用し,RSAの周波数成分を抽出することにより,呼吸運動を推定することができる.この方法は測定が簡便であるという利点がある.実際に,呼吸回数の変化や呼吸の大きさの時間変動を推定できる可能性が示唆された.しかし,おおまかな推定は可能であるが,呼吸のタイミングなどの精度の高い推定はできない.さらに,周波数成分の抽出などに時間がかかるため,リアルタイムでの算出が困難である. 古山宣洋, 高瀬弘樹, 林浩司 発話・身振り・呼吸の協調に関する研究(2), 日本心理学会第67 回大会大会論文集, pp.1038, 2003. 参考「個人内における発話、身振り、呼吸運動の協調ダイナミクス(ヒトを知る)」 自分の知りたいところは,やっぱり人間のもつリズムの協調ダイナミクスなんだろうと思う. 発話・身振り・呼吸の個人内の協調ダイナミクスを明らかにしようとする研究. 具体的には,発声しながら手首の屈曲・伸展運動をさせる.実験条件として,段階的に周波数を上げるメトロノームにあわせて同期させる.(F1=0.59Hz, F2=0.78Hz, F3=0.98Hz, F4=1.17Hz, F5=1.36Hz,F6=1.54Hz, F7=1.73Hz, F8=1.91Hz, F9=2.09Hz, F10=2,28Hz の周波数水準を10周期ずつ反復するよう設定してある.) 結果,手首の伸展より屈曲のほうが,手首運動と呼吸運動とがより同期した. このあたりはまだ読み足りない. 小林宏光, 本明子 室内空間の奥行きが心拍変動周波数成分に与える影響, 石川看護雑誌 Ishikawa Journal of Nursing, Vol.3(1), 2005. 非常に興味深い. 人がいる空間の奥行きの違いだけで,心拍が変動するらしい.心理的なもの? 直感的には何となく分かるけど,実際に測定・分析しているので興味深い. 生物は環境に応じて何かを変化させている.知らないうちに!? 人のもつリズムの協調ダイナミクスは知覚からも影響を受けている. 4 秒および10 秒周期(肺活量の40%および16%)で呼吸させた. 実験条件は,空間形状は横幅900mm,高さ2400mm,奥行きをそれぞれ900mm,1800mm,3600mmとしている. 結果,平均心拍数は空間の奥行きにほぼ比例して増加した. そして快適かを尋ねる主観調査により,細長い空間は不快らしいことが分かった.閉塞間とか. HF(高周波成分)-RSA は奥行き3600mm で若干低下する傾向を見せたが,その差は有意とはならなかった.LF(低周波成分)-RSA には空間奥行きの有意な影響が見られ,1800mmで最大値を示した.結果,あわせたLF/HF-RSAは空間奥行きにほぼ比例して増大した.著者によると,「この結果は奥行きの増加に伴う交感神経系の相対的な亢進を意味するものと考えられる.」 RSA 振幅測定法: 測定中に呼吸リズムと一回換気量を厳密に統制して計測する方法. そして,低周波変動成分(LF)の推定を自発的な低周波変動(MWSA)ではなく強制的に低周波呼吸させたときのRSA 振幅から推定する.この方法では,より安定性の高い計測ができる.(心拍時系列を周波数分析しLF, HF 成分を抽出する方法と比較して) (さらにこの論文の著者による実験によると,0.1Hz 呼吸での一回換気量は平均1508ml,0.25Hz では平均603ml となった,ということ.) 参考:本明子, 松野直行, 小林宏光 室内空間の奥行きによる心理生理的影響の研究 脳波・心電図・血圧への影響.日本生理人類学会誌,2(1),27-32,1997. 呼吸と明るさの関連性について 今回の実験も暗転下で行う. 室内の明るさも呼吸のリズムに関係しているのだろうか. とりあえず,ある実験があった. 「マウスの呼吸実験」http //www.koyogakuin-j.ed.jp/j_/club/bioclub/mouse/mouse.htm 気温と明るさを変化させたときのマウスの呼吸を見ている. 結果,明るいほうが呼吸が速いことがわかったらしい. 論文みたいな,もっと信頼のできるデータがあると良い. 呼吸と明るさの関連性について2 瞳孔径と呼吸運動には相関があるらしい. 吉田久, 八名和夫, 奥山文雄, 所敬 ヒトの目における瞳孔径の呼吸性変動. 電子情報通信学会論文誌 D-II 情報・システム II-情報処理, J76-D-2(3), pp.776-781, 1993 人の眼の瞳孔・焦点調節は同じところを見ていても揺らいでいる. その揺らぎは,呼吸の影響を受けている.(ちなみに呼吸と瞳孔径調節はともに自律神経系によって制御されている.)呼吸の影響を見ることで,自律神経支配の影響を見ている. 結果,心拍変動に見られる呼吸の影響と同様の周波数成分が瞳孔径にも影響を与えていることが分かった.むしろ,心拍を見るよりも瞳孔径の変動を見たほうがより血圧変動による影響が少なく,自律神経支配の影響を観察しやすい.しかも特に副交感神経の働きを観察しやすい.(顕著に見られたRSAは副交感神経を反映していることが分かっているので.; Akselrod S., Gordon D., Ubel F.
